4. Delivery & Collection
Delivery and collection options are provided in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Information page.
Fresh products are available for:
- Farm collection (Tuesday and Thursday, 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
- Local delivery within Oxford and up to 10 miles outside the Oxford Ring Road
Dried products are available for delivery across the United Kingdom via standard courier services.

5. Perishable Goods
Fresh products are perishable and require appropriate handling upon delivery.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries
- If no one is available, items may be left at the delivery address at our discretion
- Once delivered, we are not responsible for the condition of goods left unattended
Due to the perishable nature of fresh products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once delivery has been completed, except where items are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
6. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable, and the order is left at the address provided, this will be considered a completed delivery.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration of goods after delivery has been made.
7. Returns & Refunds
Fresh Products
Due to their perishable nature, fresh products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, unless they are faulty or damaged.
Dried Products
Dried products may be eligible for return in accordance with UK consumer law. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
