Fresh Products (Local Delivery & Collection)
Our fresh products are available via farm collection or local delivery within the Oxford area.
Farm Collection
Customers may collect fresh products directly from our farm on the following days:
- Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Collection details will be provided after your order is placed.
Local Delivery (Oxford Area)
We offer local delivery for fresh products within Oxford and the surrounding area.
Delivery Days:
- Thursday
- Friday
Deliveries are carried out using our courier partner, Velocity Courier Service.
Delivery Pricing
Inside Oxford Ring Road:
- 500g box — £6
- 1kg to 4kg — £8
- 5kg and above — £10
Outside Oxford Ring Road (up to 10 miles):
- Standard pricing as above, plus £1 per mile beyond the ring road
We do not deliver fresh products beyond a 10-mile radius from Oxford.
Important Delivery Conditions
- Fresh products are perishable and must be received promptly
- Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept delivery
- If no one is available, items may be left at the delivery address at our discretion
- Once delivery has been completed, we cannot accept responsibility for the condition of items left unattended
- Refunds will not be issued for deliveries where the recipient was unavailable
Dried Products (UK-Wide Delivery)
Our dried products are available for delivery throughout the United Kingdom.
- Orders are shipped using standard courier services
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier schedules
